Half the township members must be represented to appoint officers and vote on bylaw changes.

1. Meet, Greet, and Network with other business owners, managers, and potential members
2. Call to order and welcome from Nate Moran, President
3. Mark Meyers, Owner of Creekside Commons
4. Bylaw change – allowing any person to serve in an officer role versus current bylaws that state a township member representative is appointed
5. Appoint officers to serve until the next member meeting
   1. President, Vice President (currently vacant; please consider your interest
      in serving), Secretary, Treasurer
6. Committee and Board Updates
